He started his own ventures in 1992 after working in Corporate Sector for 15 years. He has also been instrumental in assisting MSMEs in establishing Joint Ventures in India by collaborating with Foreign Technology businesses, as well as assisting them with Business strategies, creating Profitable Business Models, locating partners for Technology Upgrades, and implementing Productivity Improvement Measures. He established business hubs between Europe - India, the United States - India, and Asia - India, with bases in Romania, Vietnam, Atlanta, and Barcelona, to promote businesses in these areas.

A highly active Moderator and speaker on both domestic and international forums on a variety of issues in Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Businesses, Economy, Indian Business Environment Advanced Manufacturing & Industry 4.0, and Make in India / Nation First / AtmaNirbhar. He served as a member of the MCCIA's Executive Committee and the Indo-Japanese Business Council and steered Auto Component Committee as its Chairman.

Mr. Goswami is an Alumnus of the College of Engineering, Pune, and IIM- Bangalore, and excels in Marketing, Finance, and Systems.

A veteran in the field of banking, finance & corporate governance, Bhupendranath V. Bhargava currently works at Grasim Industries Limited as an Independent Director. Chairman of Crisil. He has been affiliated with big organizations with a distinguished career in development banking and project finance for nearly three decades. ICICI Bank Ltd., Indian Investment Centre, JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., MAXX Mobile Communications Ltd., Lakshmi Precision Screws Ltd.Raymond Limited, and National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd. to name a few. Post his retirement from ICICI, telecom group Vice Chairman and Managing Director, he has been active in advisory roles. Shri B.V. Bhargava is also a Director of various companies, including, Grasim Industries Ltd., Supreme Industries Ltd., and L&T Finance Holdings Limited.

Justice JN Patel started his career as an advocate for Civil, Criminal and Constitutional matters as well as a facilitator at the Law Faculty, University College of Law. He was appointed a Judge of the City Civil Court and later as Designated Judge in TADA Court, the Special Court constituted for the trial of the 1993 Bombay bombings case. Further, he went on to serve as acting Chief Justice of the Bombay High court. Justice Patel became the Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court from 2010- 2012. He continues to be active post-retirement as he became the head of the Judicial Commission of 2018 Bhima Koregaon violence. At present, he is the chair of the SEBI advisory committee Arbitration Matters.

An infrastructure expert with specialisation in Rail Transport, LC Trivedi started his career with a two year stint in NTPC. Joining the Indian Railways in 1983, a distinguished inning of 38+ years has molded him into an expert .

In the Railways, Mr. Trivedi has been associated with managing Mumbai Rail Transport system for both suburban and long distance trains. As chief safety officer of North East Frontier Railways he was incharge of settling right the safety infrastructure of Railways.

As a Divisional Railway Manager in Bilaspur Chhattisgarh, Mr Trivedi was responsible for coal transportation, the largest revenue generating Division in the Indian Railways. Mr Trivedi is a fellow of Institute of Mechanical Engineers London and has done management courses from HEC Paris and Carnegie Mellon university Pittsburg USA. Topper of the IES 1981 batch, Mr.Trivedi was a Gold medalist in the engineering faculty in university.

Mr. N. N. Kumar, Former Chairman of Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT), Mumbai and also the Former Chairman of India Port Global Ltd. (Govt. of India), was a civil Servant from the 1984 batch of Indian Revenue Service. Mr. Kumar has worked in various capacities with Income Tax Department, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Shipping and Road Transport, and NITI Ayog at different stations in India such as Delhi, Kolkata, Nagpur, Agra, Aurangabad, Nagpur & Pune.

Mr. N. N. Kumar also conceptualized and implemented a Road Project having an investment of approx. US$ 450 Million by a unique mode of leveraging traffic of large corporate and other business entities as end user of the road.

Mr. Kumar was also closely involved with the Ministry of External Affairs for setting up CHABHAR port projects in Iran as the founder Chairman of “India Port Global Ltd."

Mr. O. P. Gehrotra started his esteemed career in the Armed Forces of India as a Commissioned Officer. After 5 years of service to the Indian Army, where he fought in the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971, he left as a Captain. Thereafter, he joined the Indian Administration Services (IAS).

After retiring from government services, he moved on to become the Senior Executive Director of SEBI. He then moved on to become the Additional Chief Secretary, Finance in the Government of Maharashtra. Moreover, he has also served as the MD and CEO of the Rewas Port for the execution of a Greenfield Project of India’s largest Private Sector Port. Currently, he is an advisor for Private Equity Funds and Corporates.

He completed his Masters in Financial Management from Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai in 1984 and received his Masters in Development Finances from the University of Birmingham in 1989.

Mr Bhadauria comes out as a rounded, mature and prolific Senior Human Resource Cum Business leader. He is exposed/experienced to working with big and complex Corporates like NTPC, Reliance ADA Group and at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., as a member of the Senior leadership team for over three decades (1984-2019).

During his career, he has handled domains as diverse as Power (generation/distribution/transmission), Steel, Infrastructure (metro/airports/roads, buildings), Entertainment, Telecom, Health and Capital – from incubation to execution. Post his three decades of corporate experience, he was a Senior Industry Expert for Mercer, India and South Asia, in the OD & E initiatives between Feb 2019 to March2020.

Most importantly, as a part of his mission to make the 400 million youth of India employable by 2025, he has co-founded a start-up, ‘Mytransform.com’- a world class process-based career counselling and learning platform which uniquely connects learning to work life, using AI & ML support.

Mr. Varshney, an expert in compliance and indirect taxes, holds a Post Graduate Degree in Science with a Gold Medal. After his Post-Graduation, he joined the Indian Revenue service (Customs and Central Excise) in December 1982. In the Indian Revenue Service, he served the government in various capacities before superannuating as Principal Chief Commissioner of Goods and Services Tax in Mumbai after gaining fascinating leadership experience of 35 years in Central Government.

He was posted as ‘First Secretary, Trade’ at the High Commission of India, London, for 4 years. His jurisdiction covered most of the Europe. He held discussions and interactions with the importers and exporters of the UK for facilitating the trade between India and the UK.

He worked as the Senior Strategic Advisor to YES Bank from July 2019 to June 2020 and advised them on matters related to GST, Service Tax, VAT and Customs and found solutions for their tax issues.

Mr T. P. Ostwal is the founding partner of T.P. Ostwal and Associates LLP and has been in practice as a chartered accountant since 1978. He holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree and has also qualified the FCA.

T. P. Ostwal has extensive experience in advising national and multinational clients in direct tax, personal tax, transfer pricing, business acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures etc. in addition to the traditional areas of audit and assurance and company law. Over 30 years, he has extensively advised a host of corporate and business houses engaged in diverse range of businesses on cross border transactions.

He is ex-vice chairman of IFA-Netherlands. He is ex- chairman of International Fiscal Association (‘IFA’)-India Branch. He represented India as a panelist on “Taxation of E-commerce – Policy Issues” at the 55th Annual Congress of IFA – Netherlands held at San Francisco, United States of America.

Alok P Gupta has four decades of experience in India's Electronics & I.T. industry. He has handled Sourcing, Foreign Collaborations, Distribution, Manufacturing, Service & Finance functions at this time.

In 1975, he co-founded American Components Inc. (ACI) in the USA as an Int’l Purchasing Office for their India Distribution business. Alok has worked closely with leading companies from USA and Japan such as Microsoft Corp, Intel Corp, Seagate Technologies, and TEAC Corp, to bring their latest technologies and products to India. He recognized and promoted the potential of the Solar Rooftop before its popularity. He has overseen turnkey engineering design, procurement & installation of Solar Rooftop for Industrial & Commercial users in Western India.

Alok studied at St Xavier’s College, Mumbai, and Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, USA.

Amit has over 15 years of corporate experience in investment and bidding in infrastructure and real estate assets

He was in charge of Bid and Investment Management and Financial Analysis of BOT assets. He has worked on varied deals of investing in ready Annuity Road Projects, evaluating Bids for NHAI roads, Real Estate BOT bids like Bus Terminals, etc. He has vast experience in Indian Conglomerates like Hindustan Construction Company, Reliance Infrastructure, Piramal Roads, IDFC PE Fund JV, etc.

He has also completed 11 redevelopment projects in Mumbai as a Real Estate Developer in a short span of 7 years.

Amit is MBA (Finance) from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio USA; He has completed his B.E. from D.J. Sanghvi College of Engineering, Mumbai University. He is currently based out of Mumbai.

Mr. Anurag Bakshi, a former member of the 5th Haryana State Finance Commission and current Chairman of the Haryana Export Council, is a celebrated expert in Budget Preparation, Tax Advisory, Customs, Central Excise, and GST. Post voluntary retirement from the Indian Revenue Services (IRS), Mr. Bakshi has been a highly sought-after advisor, lending his extensive experience to many well-established Corporate Houses, Traders, and Industries.

Mr. Chand (M.Sc., LL.B.) is a former Joint Director of the Directorate of Enforcement. After serving 33 years, he retired as an IRS Officer (Customs & Central Excise).
